    My approach is grounded in trauma-informed and neuro-affirming care, meaning safety, consent, pacing, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.

  • As a lifelong yoga practitioner, teacher, and lover of somatic therapy, I embrace body-based practices where they feel supportive.

    Together, we can use gentle somatic tools to help regulate your nervous system, process emotions, and reconnect with your body in ways that feel safe and grounding.

My approach is trauma-informed, meaning that safety, consent, and collaboration
are the foundation of everything we do.
I believe that healing can only happen when you feel safe enough to be fully yourself —
without pressure, judgment, or expectation.
A trauma-informed space recognises that your nervous system carries its own history,
its own wisdom, and its own pace for unfolding.

I meet you with empathy, deep listening, and practical, evidence-based support —
always honouring the complexity of your story.

We’ll work together to shape each session in a way that respects your nervous system,
your lived experience, and your unique way of moving through the world.

You don’t have to leave any parts of yourself outside the room.
There’s no need to rush, explain, or perform emotional strength.

This is a space where grief, slowness, complexity, and hope can exist together —
held gently, and honoured for as long as they need to be.
