— BOOKS ARE OPEN FOR NEW CLIENTS

Hi, I’m Mollie.

— and this is a space for the feelings you thought were “too much”, or "too complicated" to be seen.

I’m a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming Counsellor specialising in supporting adults (16+) and neurodivergent women through grief and loss, life transitions, identity changes, and emotional burnout.

Outside of the therapy room, I am a dog mum to my therapy dog/ black labrador 'Zen',
a trauma-informed Yoga Therapist & Meditation Teacher & Teacher-trainer,
and lover of all things nature.

My practice is quiet, grounded, and client-led.

You don’t have to make eye contact, and I won’t if you would prefer I didn’t.

You’re welcome to use a weighted blanket, a fidget, or simply sit in silence.

Some days, we might work with breath or words; other days, we might not.

There’s no right way to show up here — just your way.

You’ll leave with practical, resonant strategies — not a prescription for who you should be, but support for who you already are.

Whether you’re grieving something life altering, or something you can’t quite name, or you just want a space where you can be yourself to make sense of this 'being human’ - this is a space where your grief, your slowness, and your full humanity are welcome.

It’s normal for reaching out to feel like a big step.

You’re welcome to simply reach out for a gentle, no-pressure chat if that feels right.

You don’t have to commit to anything today.

Sometimes, the most powerful beginning isn’t telling your whole story — it’s simply being met with care.

If and when you're ready, I’m here.
